Engineers at KSC made corrections to Endeavour's software, completely repairing the Shuttle's jets overnight. After the transmittal of the corrected software to the computers on board the Shuttle, the problem was resolved. NASA believed that a malfunctioning relay latch, an electrical connection on the spacecraft, had caused the problem.
