The Gesellschaft für Weltraumforschung is granted a license by the occupational authorities in Stuttgart Germany. The group was formed by Heinz Hermann Koelle. Publisher Jupp Gerhards is elected managing director, Koelle is science director and Hans Reissner, treasurer.
