Heinz Hermann Koelle delivers the 47th lecture to the GfW in which he presents his findings on large rockets.
"The study presented of the lowest possible take-off weights and the most favorable design basis of spacecraft makes it possible to prove that the technical aids available today, after a certain development time, will allow the realization of astronautics in general."
