Washington Post editorial commented on DOT-NASA report that jet engine noise was high-priority problem [see May 5]. Report "does not offer all the solutions, but it does recognize that sociological, economic and engineering considerations must be taken into account in finding them. The prescription makes good sense both for the economically strained industry and the exasperated potential passenger." (W Post, 8/29/71, B6)
