Navy's Manned Spacecraft Recovery Forces in Pacific and Atlantic would again cachet and cancel philatelic mail for Apollo 17 mission scheduled for Dec. 6 launch, Washington Sunday Star and Daily News reported. Covers would be processed in Norfolk, Va., and Honolulu; Pacific covers would be postmarked on board prime recovery ship on splashdown date. Atlantic covers would be canceled at Norfolk.
