An automated water-sampling station developed at Langley Research Center for use in remote marshlands had been made available to the Virginia Institute of Marine Science, the Langley Researcher reported. The prototype sampler could be deployed and retrieved by helicopter. (Langley Researcher, 7/6/73, 1)
