Two former employees of Rockwell International Corporation who worked in company machine shops in Houston and Canoga Park, California, called the New York Times to charge that they observed supervisors falsifying accounts by charging items to NASA when workers were actually idle or working on personal projects. Rockwell officials indicated they found the charges hard to believe. (NY Times, May 7/94)
