Citing recent survey of 100 U.S. scientists who concluded top-priority scientific goal of U.S. space program should be "searching for and finding life on other planets," Washington Post's Parade magazine said: "It would be interesting to note their answers were they asked what should be the nation's overall scientific goal-not merely the goal of our space program." (Parade, 2/24/63)
