Bernard Smith

From The Space Library

Constructed the first rocket to fly built by the American Interplanetary Society. In 1948 Smith received a degree in Physics at Reed College in Oregon and later became Technical Director of the Naval Weapons Laboratory in Dahlgren Virginia.
