The Daily Dispatch newspaper reports that Eric Burgess, 16 year-old President of the Manchester Interplanetary Society hopes that rockets will be used to reach the moon at a cost of twenty million pounds. The article also mentions that the society is in touch with the American Interplanetary Society and the British Interplanetary Society.
