The Daily Dispatch reports that "Rocketeers to Continue to try for the Moon" in reference to the Manchester Interplanetary Society. After an explosion on the 27th March the society had been asked to visit the Explosives department at Manchester Town Hall. After speaking to authorities President Eric Burgess and Secretary Malcolm Wade were encouraged to continue at a safer location after submitting their designs to the authorities.
