Laura S. Woodmansee has written about the wonders of Space for print, broadcast, and the web. A graduate of the University of Southern California's (USC) Annenberg School for Journalism, Laura earned her Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism. She is a member of the National Association of Science Writers (NASW) and is the author of three non-fiction books, including; Women Astronauts, and Women of Space: Cool Careers on the Final Frontier and Sex in Space which takes a serious AND funny look at the future of people in space.

Laura’s love of all things Space inspired her to create books, videos, jewelry, and even t-shirts in order to spark more interest in our beautiful Universe. As a volunteer JPL/NASA Solar System Ambassador, Laura has given presentations to public and private groups about Space and the exploration of our Universe.
