An animation of the proposed lunar landing mission submitted by Carl Schwenk and Milton W. Rosen from 1959. This version of Nova is shown with six F-1 engines in the first stage, two F-1s in the second stage and four J-2s in the third stage. The lander illustrated here is based on designs from Aerojet who were proposing sending multiple landers and rovers to establish a lunar outpost.
