K.T. Connor, PhD, founder of the Center for Applied AxioMetrics, is an OD (organizational development) specialist with a focus on Organizational Climate and Performance. For the past 15 years she has been a practicing axiologist, applying the metrics of axiology to the analysis of decision making and thinking processes. She has been involved in extensive research in Value Science through Wayne Carpenter and Axiometrics International, Inc. Her client list includes Merrill Lynch, IBM, GTE, PSEG Power and others. Her PhD is from the University of Southern California and her Masters is from Case Western University. She did her undergraduate work at D'Youville College. She is author of Rethinking work, and numerous articles on decision making and thinking. She resides on St. Simons Island, GA from which she travels to serve clients around the country. http://cfaam.org
