07. Does Jupiter have rings? (A K2S Question)
From The Space Library
Jupiter has a dim planetary ring composed of smoke-like dust particles knocked from its moons by meteor impacts. An outer ring, circling Jupiter backwards, also exists. The ring's origin is uncertain, but it might be composed of interplanetary dust captured by Jupiter's gravity pull.
