British newspapers report that the brains behind the "flying bomb" (reported on May 13 1944) was Wolfgang von Chamier-Gliesezenki a Generalleutnant in the Luftwaffe. The story also erroneously reports that he was killed during an Allied bomber raid on Peenemunde.
