1962 design for a shuttle craft to carry five men or equivalent equipment to a rendezvous in orbit with a space station. After delivering its load the craft reenters, glides to its home base and lands like the U.S.A.F. Dyna-Soar. Several other configurations of the above shuttle craft are included in the SLOMAR (for Space Logistics Maintenance And Repair) study program by the Martin Company's Denver Division. The Dyna-Soar project is expected to channel data into SLOMAR. Note the similarity in design between the Dyna-Soar and SLOMAR.
