NASA selected 28 research proposals for negotiation of Phase II con-tract awards in their Small Business Innovation Research program. The awards were worth $13 million and part of an ongoing effort to stimulate technological innovation, increase the use of the small business sector, and increase the commercialization of federally funded research.
