LaRC announced it would open a major educational exhibit on energy Sept. 22 through 29. Assembled by the Energy Research and Development Administration, the exhibit in two 50-ft trailers would include films, animated sections, and visitor-operated consoles describing all types of energy now in use and possible future energy sources. Operating the displays for ERDA on the U.S. energy situation and what could be done about it would be Oak Ridge Associated Universities, a nonprofit educational and research organization of 45 colleges and universities in the southeast.
