Ancestral Voices a science fiction story by American Interplanetary Society founder Nathaniel Schachner appears in Astounding Stories magazine.

The December issue of Practical Mechanics features an advert for the British Interplanetary Society. "Meetings for the discussion of papers of the above Club on Rocketry and kindred subjects are held at 81 Dale Street Liverpool in Room 15, on the 2nd floor, from 6.30 pm to 9pm every other Friday from November 10th."
