NASA lowered Lockheed Space Operations Company's overall annual rating from "excellent" to "very good," with the company receiving 89 out of a possible 100 points. The lower rating resulted from several Shuttle processing accidents, of which one related to Atlantis and three to Discovery. (Flu Today, Jan 23/91)
