There aren't really beds to sleep on. We had sleep stations on our flight. These are like boxes that can accommodate one person and have a sliding door on one side. Each sleep station had a sleeping bag inside, which provided plenty of warmth. The sleeping bag was clipped to one side of the sleep station to keep it from floating around too much.
