The Manchester Astronautical Association and the Astronautical Development Society of Tolworth Surrey England, formalize their partnership with a joint constitution published in Spacewards magazine. Amongst their stated objectives, "To forward the science of astronautics" and "To conduct any experiments and conduct any research which may be necessary." The whole constitution is four pages long.
