NASA located a video tape concerning the Shuttle mission 51-E Flight Readiness Review (FRR) that contained two-and-one-half minutes of discussion on previous o-ring erosion. Because there was no requirement to record audio or video of FRB's, no cataloging of the tape was made. The Presidential Commission was provided with the tape but informed NASA that no new information was on it. (NASA 86-77)
